Job Description of Hiring Dairy Farmer in Australia
- Feed cows, administer medication, and clean waste.
- Operate milking equipment to milk cows.
- Ensure proper maintenance of farming and milking equipment.
- Collaborate with large animal vets to manage herd health, provide veterinary treatments, and administer routine vaccinations.
- Consult with animal nutritionists and livestock feed sales representatives to create feeding plans that optimize milk production levels.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
- Vocational Diploma/Short Course Certificate holder in Others or related fields
- Completion of 1 year (2 semesters) in college or vocational course or possess an IELTS certificate.
